For when I am weak, I am strong. In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul described a "thorn" in his side that he pleaded for God to release it from him. God told him, "...my grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." God's word and answers can we restore us if we let Him. OH WHAT A BLESSING! If we delight ourselves in Him, He will give us the desires of our hearts. We just can't just stop, go, pause, go, within our relationship with Him. For Jesus Christ, has REDEEMED us from sin forever. No need for separation now. Come on!
Okay back to the story, so after Paul's request, God said the following in verse nine, "My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." We shouldn't feel ashamed when we are weak but completely REST, LEAN OVER, FALL in God's arms. After, God gave his answer, Paul's attitude drastically changed from begging to rejoicing. Confidence came over him. He then says, "Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." And Paul concludes, "Therefore, I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong." The same should be for you. Rather than complain and grumble, let us rejoice in the one who has SAVED US, JESUS CHRIST.
Whatever is ailing you, don't let it prevent you for reaching your God given destiny, created before the foundations of the world. Keep it moving! Eyes on the prize.....God's word!
Jesus states, in Matthew 4:4, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." FEAST ON GOD'S WORD to propel.
Be Blessed in the name of Jesus Christ!
